This policy describes how AI OS handles information submitted during the pilot.
Through the business assessment we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, location, industry, size ranges, a description of your problem, the tools you use, your desired outcomes, budget range and timing. Through the provider application we collect company and contact details, location, services, capabilities, commercial information and any evidence links or files you choose to upload.
To understand your requirement, classify it into a service category, prepare a shortlist of suitable providers, and contact you about the next step. Provider information is used to review capability and to match providers to buyer requests.
Your information is shared with selected providers only where you have given consent on the form, and only so that a provider can respond to your request. We do not sell your information, and we do not publish it.
Submissions are stored in the AI OS database and are accessible to the AI OS review team. We keep records for as long as needed to run the pilot and to follow up on introductions, and we remove them on request.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for provider sharing, at any time by writing to ketan.shetty@physicalcookies.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect introductions already made.
