These terms apply to businesses and providers taking part in the AI OS pilot.
AI OS is a guided discovery, matching and supplier-introduction platform. During the pilot it collects a requirement, classifies it, prepares a shortlist of providers and, where appropriate, makes an introduction. Shortlists are reviewed by the AI OS team before they are sent.
AI OS does not hold customer funds, operate escrow, provide legal, tax or accounting advice, or guarantee the performance, pricing or delivery of an independent provider. Any agreement is made directly between the business and the provider.
Provider details shown on AI OS come from information the provider has submitted, together with whatever the AI OS team has verified. A verification level describes the checks completed to date and is not a certification, endorsement or ranking.
Information you submit must be accurate and must be yours to share. Providers must not misrepresent services, pricing, licences or credentials. We may decline or remove an application at our discretion.
The service is an early pilot. Features, categories and coverage may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
